Munyaradzi Paul Mangwana

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Mr Mangwana is a well-seasoned senior practicing lawyer with over 35 years’ experience in the field. He opened his firm in 1987 in Chinhoyi and has grown it to what it is today. His first passion
was criminal law and now he has branched out into various aspects of law including property law, conveyancing, indigenisation, company registration and secretarial work, and estate law.

He also served in the Government of Zimbabwe as a Cabinet Minister from 2000-2009 in a number of portfolios such as Transport and Communication, Justice Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, State Enterprises and Parastatals, Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, State Enterprises Anti-Corruption and Anti-Monopolies, Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment.

In April 2009, Mangwana was appointed to represent Zanu-PF as co-chair of the Parliamentary Select Committee that steered
the making of Zimbabwe’s new constitution which came into force in 2013. This has moulded him into the Constitutional expert he is today.

With his business acumen, exceptional legal skills and drive to deliver nothing but the best Mr Mangwana has acquired an abundance of knowledge regarding the law because of his extensive years of service. He has accomplished much by opening as many branches of his practice as he has and serving in the government in the time that
he has. His vision is inspiring and thus the continued support of him and his mission by all employees of the practice.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr Mangwana is a member of Politburo of ZANU PF serving as the Secretary of Legal Affairs and has interests in mining and farming.
